This Estate Includes: A Luxurious 1600 sq. meter Family Mansion With Every Amenity. The five bedroom, 1,600 sq. meter stone villa is accessed through a cypress studded driveway, passing between the guard house and an ancient water reservoir. The 90 sq.m.guardhouse is located at the main gate of the premises. Although there are no security concerns, the street side of the property is walled and gated for your privacy. Here you will find a world of exceptional elegance and inspiration in architecture, art, interior design and landscapes. The ground floor is high-ceilinged and spacious. Flooring is of reddish Agra stone throughout, which continues out to the respective terraces and verandas located in front of the kitchen, dining and living rooms, as well as the study. All woodwork is solid Iroco hardwood. The furnishings of the villa is eclectic, with a predominance of earthen colors, combining English and French furniture pieces-including some antiques, as well as pieces and accessories of Asian origin, along with Turkish carpets and figurative paintings- in all reflecting the travels and living of the owners. There is a central fireplace in the 160 sq. meter living area. There is another central fireplace in the 80 sq. meter kitchen and the breakfast area. The 65 sq.meter grand dining room is dominated by a 4.5 meter oak dining table. Verandas provide for a bar,outside dining, and relaxation. The first floor with hardwood parquet flooring contains four additional bedrooms as well as a kitchenette, leading off from the spacious family room.
